■ Research Overview
The research themes of this laboratory are methods for investigating, analyzing, and evaluating interactions between users and devices.
We approach interaction design using cognitive psychology methodologies, focusing on insurance brochures, food packaging, web interfaces, and similar materials. We concentrate on the opportunities for users to interact with devices, studying the relationship between users and devices through user research, research methods, evaluation, and analysis. This includes fundamental research concerning usability, site structure, and the mechanisms for accessing them.
