■ 研究概要

原子核の高スピン状態から放出される多重ガンマ線を測定し、原子核の励起状態の特異な構造を明らかにすることを目指している。目的の原子核は主に重イオン核融合反応によって生成され、ガンマ線は高いエネルギー分解能と高い信号雑音比をもつコンプトン抑止型Ge半導体検出器を標的核の周りに十数台配置したクリスタルボールによって測定される。
