概要	This paper proposes a tool, called a "Stakeholder Analysis Grid" for a software development project. This tool provides an easy-to-read image that represents the relationship between stakeholders' power, interest, involvement, influence, and classification. The tool analyzes the degree of relationship for each project parameter and each process, by using a stakeholder/ matrix and a software development process/ matrix. Bubbles are generated so that their size, line thickness, and color density are determined according to the analysis results. These bubbles are then plotted on a "Power-Interest Grid" in each software development process. We had trial operation of the tool in a small-scale project managed by five persons, contacted the participating members by hearing investigation, and confirmed the effectiveness and improvements of the tool.
