概要	This paper proposes a new phase shifter for cellular base station antennas which has frequency dispersion characteristics by utilizing a composite right/left-handed transmission line. This can achieve larger beam tilt angle for lower frequency bands so that the interference to an adjacent cell in the low frequency bands can be suppressed. Tunable function is also achieved by employing mechanical slide configuration of the patches for MIM capacitors.
