概要	A framework of time-series analysis method using textual data is presented in order to detect customer perception/requirement for ICT service diffusion in this paper. The method analyzes blogs and news events as time-series data. In such way, the change of customer perception/requirement by co-occurrence and transition-rate of terms considering network and service structure of ICT service is detected. The application to WiMAX is shown as an example of first step.
