概要	The effect of the North Chiba water conveyance project on water quality in Lake Tega was investigated in this study from the viewpoint of water quality and phytoplankton. As results, the concentration of COD, T-N, T-P and Chl.a were all decreased after the water conveyance, and the dominant species of phytoplankton was changed from cyanophyceae to bacillariophyceae. The tendency of P-limiting became strong after the water conveyance.
