概要 Delivery time is an important management factor in projects, and the Critical Chain Project Management (CCPM) has been attracting attention as one of the techniques for managing it. To effectively use CCPM, a mechanism is requested for quickly detecting delays in projects and for rapidly proposing recovery methods. This study proposes a new technique "buffer impact grid" with which recovery methods can be offered according to the differences between the current values and the planned values by applying a buffer trend graph of CCPM to them. The buffer impact grid offers the measures that should be selected by comparing the current progress rate and buffer size with the planned progress rate and buffer size at the time of measurement. We discussed the validity of this technique by using a simulation, and found that project delay detection and quick recovery were enabled by this technique.
