概要 | In recent years, waterfall issues have come to the forefront of software development. Problems such as schedule delays, cost overruns, and unsatisfactory quality are increasing, and Agile is attracting attention. While Agile is widely recognized for its effectiveness as a method that can flexibly respond to system complexity and change, the PMI Japan Chapter survey found that its adoption rate remains low and that the main barrier to Agile application is "human resources and skills. The survey also found that the higher the practice of the Project Management Principle (PM Principle), the more likely the respondents were to recommend Agile. Therefore, this study attempts to clarify the viewpoints that are important for building an environment conducive to the spread of Agile. Specifically, we conducted a questionnaire survey to clarify the relationship between the PM Principle and Fundamental Skills for Business. |
