| 概要 | In this study, based on Self-Determination Theory and its sub-theory, the Organismic Integration Theory, motivation was classified into six stages. Six factors promoting motivation were selected, referencing basic psychological needs theory and previous research. A survey was conducted to understand the impact of these motivational factors at each stage of motivation. By understanding the influence of these factors, the study aims to propose appropriate approaches for each stage of motivation, providing insights into the necessary steps to transition from extrinsic motivation to intrinsic motivation. |
