概要	<p>In this study, we will focus on the “Sea Cat Study Abroad System”, which has a 22-year history of actually operating the studying abroad island system. As a result, it is worth noting that children’s daily life and school life are not completed only at home or school, but are carried out throughout the region, so that learning and experiences that can not be obtained only at home or school can be obtained. The actual situation was caught. However, there are problems with the adoption of foster parents, such as the aging of the foster parents.</p>
