概要	We have developed of the isolated flyback converter which can be operated at switching frequencies beyond 10 MHz. In order to verify the fast switching operations, the input and output voltages with currents are measured in various places of the converter circuit. The self-induced soft switching operation was experimentally investigated at a ringing frequency caused by parasitic components, including junction capacitances in the SiC power MOSFET.
